No heat. No AC. No power. We're on it.
During business hours, we call back within 60 minutes and triage the job. Most emergencies get on-site help the same day.
Jobs we push to the front of the line
No heat, no AC, no hot water
No heat November through March. No AC during a heat advisory or with a vulnerable person in the home. No hot water, any time.
Electrical hazards
Burning smell from a panel, sparking outlet, loss of power to part of the home — we get there fast.
Leaks & security
Active water leak from a pipe, appliance, or water heater. Doors that won't lock or close (break-in risk). Broken windows.
Gas smell near an appliance
Call your gas utility first, then us. We'll coordinate once the line is safe.
Three reasons to call in a crisis
You talk to a technician
Our phones get answered by someone who can actually triage the problem — not an out-of-state call center.
We carry what we need
The truck is stocked. Most common emergency parts are on board.
We don't panic-pitch
If it can wait and cost less tomorrow, we tell you.
What to expect
You call
A human answers during business hours (M–F 8am–8pm, Sat 9am–5pm).
Phone triage
We figure out if this is "can wait till tomorrow" or "we're coming now."
Callback with ETA
Usually within an hour if we can't dispatch immediately.
On-site diagnosis
We tell you what broke, what it costs, and what your options are.
Fix or stabilize
If we can fix it on the spot, we do. If we need a part, we stabilize (shut off water, bypass the breaker) and come back with parts in 24 hours.
