Frequently asked

Big-box offers cheap install — why hire you?

Big-box installers won't touch a job if the hookup isn't perfect. Bad valve? New connection type? Not their problem. We finish the job — and test it.

Do I need a plumber for a dishwasher?

Usually not — we do the water and drain work as part of the install. If we hit a shutoff valve that's failed, we can replace it on the same visit.

Gas range — do I need a separate gas fitter?

We do small gas appliance connections in-house under our license. For major gas line work, we coordinate with a licensed gas fitter.

Will you take the old appliance?

Yes — we can haul and recycle the old unit for a small disposal fee we confirm before the visit.
